Challenge

Console had just raised a Series A and built a powerful platform for intelligently managing and acting on IT tickets. But from the outside, the story wasn't landing. Consumers, investors, and prospective talent struggled to quickly understand what Console did, who it was for, and why it mattered. The product was sharp. The website wasn't carrying its weight. Console's website needed to operate at the same level as the product: clearer storytelling, sharper UX, and a visual system that communicates intelligence, highlights customers, and doesn't dumb anything down. The brand needed to feel as credible as the platform behind it.

Solution

We started with an audit to identify friction and gaps in the story, then reworked the core messaging to be clearer and product-led. From there, we rebuilt the site with a visual system to match Console's platform, extending the same narrative into a launch video featuring their founder.
