
Challenge
Mitra was started by a solo engineering-focused founder. In the world of consumer AI, design and product experience are an important differentiator. While the product was functional, it lacked a level of polish and delight. In a market flooded with AI assistants focused on utility, we realized Mitra's unique ability to differentiate itself by doubling down on the premium feeling associated with "having an assistant." Rather than simply having design in place, an elevated, exclusive feeling would draw better capitalized users to engage with the product and ultimately convert.
Solution
We leveraged our full suite of services for this work: branding & identity, visual design, website design, website development, product design, and design systems. We reconsidered and upleveled every aspect of Mitra with the intent to create a distinct, ownable consumer brand people aspire to be involved with.
Results
At launch, 3M+ people were introduced to Mitra for the first time and the product continues to grow. In six weeks, the Iverson team provided Mitra with a new and ready-to-use brand identity, website, product UI, and marketing collateral ahead of their product launch on December 9, 2026.
