Earlybird helps families invest in a child’s future. But the reason to get started is often closer to home: the people, photos, and memories that make that future matter. Our work began with that connection.
Working with Earlybird’s product team, we shifted the positioning and onboarding experience toward building a circle of family members around a child. We redesigned the flows for new parents and invited relatives, using the first shared memory as an introduction to the product. Investing could then enter the experience in the context of a relationship people already cared about.
The work brought family participation, memory capture, and the path to investing into one onboarding story. It gave Earlybird a way to introduce its financial offering through the everyday moments that make people want to plan ahead.
